All I Want for Christmas is my 2 Front Teeth!

Yes, Maddy still has no front teeth. But we still think she's super cute! Here is my sister Jill and I's attempt to get some cute Holiday portraits of our kids together. This was ALOT of work! As you can see below, our attempt to get all 3 kids looking and smiling together did not work out as we planned, but these are some super fun pics anyways!

Happy December!

Happy Halloween!

Grandma

I love this portrait of Maddy and her great Grandma Olive's hands...

The Launch of my New Website and Blog

So I have finally updated my website and am pretty proud of how it turned out. I am still updating a couple of the galleries, but the bulk of it is pretty much ready to go. I also finally created a seperate photography blog dedicated just to portraits and wedding/event photography. I hope you guys enjoy it! Let me know what you think! If anyone has any other song ideas for galleries, I would appreciate the input. Have fun!

Halloween Time at Disneyland!

And here are some pics of us at the Halloween Time at Dland event. It was super fun. We went with our friends Jess and Betsy and their cute kids Ruby (the ghost), and Gus (Stay Puft). Maddy was a cute little banana, but this was only her warm-up costume. She's got another one in process for Halloween that is super!

Betsy and I thought this pic was so cute... We totally caught them off gaurd. This is how it always should be right?
Waiting for the parade and still happy at 10:30pm!

Maddy was so good and LOVED Disneyland. We are totally gonna have to get passes for Christmas! Right Tony?

Finally!

Ok, So I have kinda dropped off the planet for awhile, and probably still will be for another week, so I thought I would update everyone on our lives right now...

It has been a long run, but FINALLY we closed escrow on our little fixer upper by the beach. We were almost ready to give up, when it closed just a couple hours before our rate lock expired. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Every day for the last 2 weeks it seems there was a major problem dealing with our lender that took up our every minute trying to fix things. The economy I think had a major role in all our problems. The stock market crashed just a couple days before we were origionally supposed to get our loan, and the problems all came pouring in.

So anyways...we have our house and we are soooo happy! Now the renovations begin! We have never done anything like this, so we are a little nervous about the work, but super excited that we get to design the house how we would like it. Now if only we can stay in our budget...

We are also moving this week into my parent's house until our house is livin ready. Hopefully by the new year we can be in our own home and finally settle down!

I can't wait!

Here is our new little house, it's ok now, but imagine it with a cute little white picket fence, all those scary bushes and trees gone, pastel yellow paneling, black shutters, white trim, and lots of colorful Hydrangeas (my favorite flower)... Can you see it?
And here are some recent pics of the fam..

Heelarious

My mom and sister told me about these and I just had to check them out. These are so funny! I would totally get some if I knew Maddy wouldn't grow out of them in a day with her big feet. (= Maddy is on her way to size 4 shoes and she is not even 6 months. Crazy!
Super cute! They are called Heelarious her first heels. These are great!

Maddy's first bites!

So we got the ok from the doc today to start Maddy on Rice Cereal. I don't think she really likes it that much! By the way, Maddy is still in the 99% in height for her age at 26.75 inches tall, and 50% in wieght at 14lbs 2 oz. She is super tall and thin, but we'll fatten her up as soon as she learns rice cereal is really good! Tony wouldn't even taste it after the faces Maddy was giving. (=

Portraits Portraits Portraits...

All of a sudden after taking a little break from photography, I have been actually shooting alot of portraits. I haven't had much time to get them online, but finally here are some highlights of the last couple portrait sessions I shot. Enjoy!
Some of our best friends The Blume Family at Corona Del Mar...
Ruby and Gus... Ruby hammed it up and stole the show, but Gus was still super cute!

And then there was little Avyn, I think her pictures say it all...

But still the cutest baby of all... (I am biased), is still little Maddy. (=

Maddy's Milestones...

So we have been so busy lately, I have alot of super cute pics of Maddy but haven't had time to get them uploaded. I just wanted to post a few little video clips of Maddy until I can get my pics ready to be up. Maddy is growing up so fast! She is still super tall, but still skinny, and has reached so many new milestones..

She talks all the time, sometimes in the middle of the night, and every morning at 5am. Here are a few clips of her talking..

Here she is trying to talk to Mungo..

She also wants to be standing all day long. She can't sit up yet, she doesn't really want to sit up though. She would rather be standing or rolling around on the ground.

Maddy actually was rolling over about a month ago and then stopped for some reason. But now she is constantly rolling over...

and over..

We can't believe how much she's grown. She is so active, I hope she slows down on the crawling and walking. I heard it's all over then. (=

Our Day at the Pool!

We had so much fun at the pool today. Maddy actually wore her sunglasses for the first time and loved them. Sooo funny. Here are a few shots from our day.

We met our neighbors Cassie and little Avyn at the pool. Maddy was so excited to see them. She couldn't stop talking. We let Avyn borrow Maddy's hat. She is so cute. I remember when Maddy was that little. She is growing up way too fast!
